   1.  How do I search for items on the site?

There are three ways to search for items. One is to go to the "Catalog", click a     category, and then click on anything that is of interest on the "Items Offered Page".  You will get an individual page with description and pictures of the merchandise you are interested in.  A second place to begin, still while at the "Catalog", is to click "G" for the "Gallery Pictures" on a particular  category.  When the "Gallery Pictures" for a category come up, just click on any picture that interest you and you will be taken to its listing page.   The Third way is to use our "Key Word Search Engine".  At the bottom of the "Catalog" and "Items Offered" pages you will find a place to click which will bring up the search engine.  Type in key words for what you are looking for and a list of the pages where these items can be found will come up.  You then click on  the individual pages listed to view the merchandise listings.

   2.  How do I order merchandise I am interested in?

It is very easy to order merchandise from Cottage and Castle Antiques.  At the end of each individual listing page there is an "ORDER" button.  Press this button and you will be taken to our "Order Page" where you fill out some brief information and push the submit button to place the order.  You will be asked to describe the item you order.   Always make sure that you give us the Item #  which is found at the top of the individual listing page.  Once we have your order we will check to make certain that the merchandise is available and will then email you payment instructions.

   3.  Can I use my credit card to make a purchase?

Yes you can use your credit card to pay for purchases through a secure program called "PayPal".  We have found this to be a very effective method for credit card payment.  There is more information on how PayPal works on our "Links Page".

   4.  How long does it take to get the item I purchase?

If you pay with money order or cashiers (bank) check we ship within three business days from receipt of your payment.  If you pay by credit card using "PayPal" we ship within three business days from the date you register payment with PayPal.  If you pay by personal check we wait ten days for your check to clear before we ship.

   5. What guarantee do I have that the merchandise is as described ?

All items are described in a careful manner in order to provide our customers with the necessary information to make an informed purchase.  It is our pledge that items sold here are guaranteed to be as described.  Should any thing sold be found to be other than we described we will gladly refund the purchaser's money.  We have a reputation of trustworthiness and excellent customer service.  Check out our "References Page" to see what our customers have to say about us.
